Our No. 5 skillet is coated with all natural Grape Seed Oil. Grape Seed Oil is a renewable resource producing a durable non-stick coating with no Teflon or anything artificial. Features an ergonomic handle that is comfortable and stays cooler than traditional cast iron skillet handles. The No. 5 skillet also has modern sloped sides for easier flipping, stirring, and cleaning. One-piece construction with no rivets. Cast iron is virtually indestructible.
