Terms of Sale

F.O.B. New Providence, PA. Wholesale customers are generally Net 30 days or as established by your sales rep. A 1 1/2% monthly (18% per year) finance charge will be added on accounts over 30 days. Any account sent to collections will be assessed all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.

FREIGHT: To avoid unnecessary expense and delay, please do not refuse delivery if minor damage has occurred. If possible concealed damage is indicated by the boxes, have the carrier document the nature and extent of the damage. Shortage must be noted also. Claims must be filed within 15 days with the freight line. You will be reimbursed by the freight line. We must be paid in accordance with the invoice.
UPS GROUND: If damage or shortage has occurred, contact John Wright Customer Service within 3 days. We will file a claim with UPS.

If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge or issue a credit. Except if excluded by law, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PURCHASER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. Warranty does NOT apply to product failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or abnormal wear. To obtain warranty, we may require Purchaser to send the defective product back to us at its expense.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from date received. Please note: item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.  Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.  A 15% restocking fee may be assessed at our discretion.

Our prices are subject to change without notice, however we try to provide wholesale customers with 30 days notice before a change.

Custom orders, custom hardware, or packaging with a customer’s name are considered special orders and are not returnable nor subject to cancellation.
