Our No. 9 is a 9″ ironclad skillet coated with all-natural grapeseed oil. Grapeseed oil is a healthy oil that produces a non-stick coating without Teflon.
The No. 9 features an ergonomic handle, which stays cool and comfortable. Our skillet also features modern sloped sides for easier flipping, stirring, and cleaning.
One-piece construction with no rivets. Cast iron is virtually indestructible. Many people are still cooking with their grandparent’s skillets!
